Why: From personal experience, I know that when I feel good and without pain, I make better decisions. And I know that a great life is built upon good decisions. When in pain, life is harder, not enjoyable, and possibly not even manageable. Maybe all of us have experienced how tough life can get when we are in physical or emotional pain. I'm hoping that this site, as a tool, will inspire us to help ourselves get out of pain and create great lives.
